Our Process
Reach out
After completing our therapy intake form, a team member will be in touch via email within one week. Upon deciding we’re a good match for you, together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
If you’d like to explore payment options, such as a mental health care plan, check out our FAQs section.
First session: getting a feel for things
Your first session is about understanding where you’re at and what support might be helpful. This can be as structured or as casual as you like. You might come with clear goals, or you might just know that something isn’t quite right — both are completely okay.
Making sense of it together
We’ll gently explore patterns, experiences, and what’s been holding things in place. Therapy is collaborative — we’ll go at your pace and focus on what actually matters to you.
Ongoing support, your way
As therapy continues, we’ll work towards meaningful, sustainable change — whether that’s building skills, processing experiences, or simply feeling more steady in yourself. Plans can shift as you do.
